Shipping policy

 

We ship worldwide using Australia Post.

All international orders must provide both mobile number and email address.

Costs are displayed in Australian Dollar.

	Express	Calculated at checkout.	1-3 Days
Rest of World	Standard	Calculated at checkout. Free for $500 orders and over	6-27 Days
	Express	Calculated at checkout.	5-14 Days

 

Dispatch Timeframe

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days from Tuesday to Friday. However in the event of end of season sales, or other such large sales, this dispatch timeframe may extend up to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

 

International Shipping

International shipping costs exclude any taxes or duties that may be imposed by customs in the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Lulu Zagame reserves the right to deduct from the total refund any return costs incurred for orders refused at customs due to unpaid duties or taxes.
