How to Click & Collect your order

• Add the items you would like to order to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• At checkout, select “Pickup in store” as your delivery method
• Please ensure you double check the store you are collecting from prior to making payment, as once payment is made we can't change the order.
• If you order within 11am - 4pm on Monday-Friday, your order will be ready on the same day.
• Orders placed on Friday after 4pm and on the weekends will be ready for collection on the following Monday between 11am - 3pm.
• You will get an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
• You can nominate someone else to pick up your order. If you’re sending someone else to pick up your order, you would need to notify us via email or using the contact form prior to collecting the order. The person picking up the order need to bring: their own valid photo ID and the order number.
• Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving a “Ready to Collect” email notification.
• We will try our best to reach out to any customer who hasn't picked up their order in 7 days. If it's been 10 days, we'll issue a refund and can't hold the items any longer.
