We ship worldwide using Australia Post.

All international orders must provide both mobile number and email address.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to the United States. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Costs are displayed in Australian Dollar.

Dispatch Timeframe

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days from Tuesday to Friday. However in the event of end of season sales, or other such large sales, this dispatch timeframe may extend up to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

RETURNS

Lulu Zagame reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.

Full-Priced Items
Credits or exchanges are available on full-priced items within 7 days of purchase, provided that the original tags are still attached and the garment has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Sale Items
Exchanges on sale items may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty, you may return it for inspection. Refunds will only be granted if the item is deemed faulty by our team after assessment. 

 

How to Request a Return:

1. Please email us at hello@luluzagame.com and include your order number, return reason and whether you would like an exchange, refund.

2. Once approved, please return your items to:
